The United Nations Of Sound are a group formed by Richard Ashcroft. The band's debut album is scheduled for release in June 2010. The album was produced by acclaimed US producer No I.D. and was recorded in both the US and the UK. The band have also announced a worldwide tour for the summer of 2010.

For the UK sessions on the album the band spent several weeks at Metropolis Studios in London. The sessions were recorded by american engineer Rob Kinelski, with Ross as the assistant engineer.
