Editing

 

Ross is well versed in music and post production editing work. Although he thinks of editing as part of every engineering project he undertakes to some degree, he has several large clients who use him solely for this purpose. Editing in preparation for mixing or further recording is a very important process and not only requires accuracy but also speed within the program. Ross's editing program of choice is ProTools. Not only is it extremely fast through use of shortcuts, but its wide use in audio circles allows clients to send 'in progress' session files to Ross to be worked on.
